About Scholastic Endeavours

Sarah started private tutoring in 2003 to see her way through university and whilst her studies and career goals were aimed at policing and criminology, she found her talents also lay in tutoring English and Maths plus editing and proofreading essays. Although chronic illness meant the policing career was no longer attainable, Sarah sought to extend her opportunities. She was the first student ever accepted for the policing Honours program and began tutoring an increasingly wider range of students across a variety of subjects. Students and parents also began asking for assistance with issues which fall outside subject tuition including subject and school selection, university course and career guidance and behavioural and learning difficulties. In response to this, Sarah established Scholastic Endeavours in 2010 to provide students and parents with tuition which addressed both subject matter and the aforementioned issues. Sarah is tutoring at University of Western Sydney in the School of Social Sciences and Psychology and is currently undertaking a Diploma of Master of Arts (Criminal Intelligence).

Scholastic Endeavours is insured with Aon Insurance with public and products liability cover of $10,000,000 plus $1,000,000 professional indemnity cover. Sarah has a Certificate of Tuition through Accredited Tutor, is a member of the Australian Tutoring Association (http://www.ata.edu.au) and has a NSW Child Protection Certificate (Certificate Number: WWC0059077E).
